This guy, Bobby Flay and the rest of the nuveau cuisine pretenders should be hung by their thumbs until they agree not to foist such pap as this onto an unsuspecting public. Anyone who eats this stuff and enjoys it shouldn't be allowed to eat anything but mush for the rest of their lives.

People who eat and enjoy food don't want to eat paper. I can live with small portions if the taste is there, but I will never pay for any dinner where all there is to it is a collection of flavored paper. Construction paper has flavor and I sure as heck don't need to spend $240 for it.

At least the plant-eaters get to taste what they've been missing.
